Avenel Car Wash

Decided to stop by this self car wash yo get my car cleaned before I start my errands. I came to this location before and found it to be convenient because you could basically come anytime. Well today I paid $5 dollars to wash the car and as I've picked up the foam hose the soap splashed in my face and I had to drop it immediately. I didn't come her for another shower. Not cool!! So the hose had a large cut in it and I didn't know until I had put my money in the machine. No one's there to speak to in reference to any refunds soni had to rush to try to use some of the options but the 5 minutes went by quickly. I ended up spending another $8 for another 5 minutes to get my vehicle cleaned. Whoever is supposed to me maintaining this property is slacking. Especially with the trash. You guys a

Today they are playing dirty. No soap in the machine. No foam. And, I paid $8.00 for a good car wash. They can’t even provide that. I didn’t want to come. But my friend insisted. Sometimes the vacuum cleaners don’t work. Never coming here again! They steal money! They give Avenel a bad name! And, need to be out of business. No soap at a car wash is a disgrace.

I just recently went to Bay two and the knob was broken. I called the number listed couple of times with no response. Update: responded very quickly via email & refunded amount.

Nothing other than water in the machine I went to. Soap was not dispensing and foam brush was badly beat up. Would not recommend, especially for $8.

Waste of time and money. The car wash has a weird system of using coins and tokens that obviously doesn't work. The vacuum to the left of my car took $2 without ever turning on. Then when I went to use the vacuum to the right of my car, it was taped over
