I had purchased my jeep from them and received a good deal. Decided I would let them do any work on it as well. They always did a good job. However the last tike I took it was because my air was blowing out the top vent instead of the regular vent. So I called to get a quote, they told me they would have to take the whole dash apart because it was probably the door inside , quote $800. Even stopped by there. After leaving my daughter and I googled the issue and found that there was a hose by the firewall that connects that. So I popped the hood and low and behold the hose was disconnected. I connected it back and it fixed the issue. So did the mechanic even check that issue ? I would have spent $800 of my hard earned money for something that would not have even fixed the issue, or would I

I’ve trusted Ave Auto for years to take care of mine and my kid’s cars. They are honest, fair and do great work. They will do homework if they feel something should be covered by warranty or recall rather than just take my money. As a woman it’s hard for me to trust I’m not being taken advantage of on things I know very little about. I have never felt that way with Ave Auto and would recommend them to anyone!

I’m not a mechanic but I do simple things like my own breaks and oil changes. After doing my breaks one of my wheels was making a terrible noise. I called them and was pretty embarrassed but they took the car in within the hour, showed me where I made a mistake, were very kind to me and didn’t make me feel small for my mistake but rather complemented my other brakes. They then fixed it for a very small charge and showed me what not to do in the future. Very impressed by the professionalism and kindness I experienced.

These guys are very knowledgeable and do very good work with reasonable prices
