Rick was very welcoming, I came in same day as calling for an x pipe for my mustang. Turns out that it the piping was to wide. Rick made it work and got it out, the same day. Even stayed a hour and half after close!

Fixed my Impala from sounding like a clapped out Honda, and for a fair price. Engine light went off too! Will be my muffler guy from now on.

Brought my Blazer in to Rick's for glasspacks. I have to say I'm extremely satisfied with the sound and performance of my truck. Very competitive, definitely the lowest prices in town. Rick was pleasant, funny at times and very professional about his work at the same time. He even took me out to the shop and explained what was going to happen, then when he finished he told me to fire it up. Happy customer here. I have a few more things we talked about adding to the truck, and it will definitely be going back to Rick's Custom Exhaust. Thanks for an awesome job.

I was able to get my car in with little waiting and they fixed the issue in half the time predicted. He had the part required and he welded it in place, no clamps used.

I had Rick replace the muffler tip on my truck because the one that was on it was rusted. He put a nice stainless tip on it no problem. After a month the tip started to discolor and turn a rusty color. There was no warranty on the tip or the labor. Rick ordered a double wall stainless tip, which was also slightly bigger. It was a big upgrade over the other one. It looked incredible when he was done. I was going to pay for the difference in the price and he told me not to worry about it and said sorry for the trouble. This was my first experience and I can't say enough good things about Rick. Highly recommend for any exhaust work.
