My daughter and I were on our way to Houston from DFW and had a sudden need to have our vehicle looked at. A loud pop and suspicious noises after that and I knew we had to stop somewhere since it wasn't a flat tire. Avenue Automotive was close and so we made our way there. I pulled in and explained what happened and they got us in quickly to see what was going on. Everyone there was so incredibly kind and they took great care of us. Thankfully, it ended up not being a major problem. The techs took me back to show me what happened, answered my questions, and made sure my vehicle was safe to drive the rest of my trip. We are so grateful to the team there for their kindness, generosity, and for getting us back on the road quickly and safely!! They sent us on our way without even charging me

Derrick was very nice and extremely helpful. I had an air leak coming through my tire, and he checked it out right away and worked on it immediately. On top of that, they didn’t charge me. Great service and a great experience overall! I would def come here for any car issues.

On our way from Dallas to Houston today we ran over some debris on 45 that dislodged a metal plate under the engine. The folks at Avenue got our car on the rack very quickly and took off the damaged metal. And they did not charge us anything. Amazing in these times. We were back on the road in 15 minutes. Great shop! I broke down last night in Ennis and towed my truck to Avenue Automotive at midnight. I had a busted water pump. Spoke to the manager first thing this morning and they had my truck fixed by 4:30 today. I live over an hour away from Ennis and they could have taken advantage. The original estimate was $1800 and when they called me back the new quote was $711. Truly honest shop! Highly recommend!
