Twisted metal did an outstanding job handling my vehicle repairs. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful, nice, and relatable. The repairs were absolutely perfect, and very quick. They went out of their way to assist me in the process, and were super helpful. Due to the damage on my vehicle, there was a hidden issue (no way for the shop to know about it without driving it on the highway) with the alignment/tire balance when I picked it up, but I called twisted metal and they fixed it immediately. I have (unfortunately) went through other repair shops before, but twisted metal surpassed all of them easily. Highly HIGHLY recommend this repair shop. Thank you again to the kind folks at twisted metal!!

Absolutely excellent. I was driving from Dallas to West when I was rear ended and thrown off of 35. It was a traumatizing event, and I wasn't sure what to do. I found Twisted Metal and had my car towed there. They went above and beyond in every aspect, but it was their kindness that I will always remember. I spoke with Ken many times regarding the car/accident, and he was always more than kind to me. I simply can't recommend them enough.
