total negative,all lyings!they checked ,adjusted my Porsche,just us 2000.-!yes it started 1 time only !that was it!as I came to a second appointment,on a trailer 50 miles away,they waved me the boss doesen'd work anymore here!can it be more worse?don't go..... its not only the owners,its mostly there check in staff,working on commission!stealing customers money,and making the company.... see also all other reviews!before they checked just a fuse,charging my about 470.- us?lying's again.... better go somewhere 100 miles away to don't be cheated!

I have a problem with my 2008 Mercedes-Benz S-Class 4matic. I bought the car a year ago from Mercedes Fort Myers, and because of its age, it needs new CV axles replacement or repair. I talked to Jason today, and my impression was that he is professional, friendly, and knows what he is doing. I felt in good hands, and a technician will take a look at the car and give me a quote. I am very excited to see how this repair goes. So far, 5+ stars. To be continued.....

Good people, took a little too long but they are busy always. Alignment was done well, my car drove straight; (4 months pass) Today after getting new alignment, a new shop discovered that my rear camber was not the same. I then understood why one wheel looked more camber then the other. I just thought maybe my subframe is shifted since I bought this car on auction and why would Avenue Garage not make the camber in the rear exactly the same on both sides? Right? But it was different camber the whole time. Avenue Garage charged me $200. Not worth $200 for an alignment on a supposed "low" car when I'm not even that low.

Let me tell you something about Avenue Garage and, in particular, the customer service received by them on my recent visit to their shop to get SL fixed. I have a 2006 Mercedes. SL55 AMG, which had a big issue with the ABC hydraulic system and pump, which was leaking. A notoriously difficult and complicated repair to do, only a specialist is advised to undertake such a repair...The ABC system in these cars are highly advamced and complicated and so a specialist shop amd mechanic is needed to even tackle a hydraulics system that the 55 AMG possesses. I bought my car in, and they expertly fixed the leaking pump. But afterward, there was another issue. Some other elements related to the abc system failed, and they fixed and corrected these additional elements with no issues at all. Jaso

Spent 10k in 4 trips here. Still have the same check engine, abs & vsc lights on that I initially took my car in for. They fix everything but the problem. The same lights have been on since I left their shop in March of 2025.(can’t afford to bring back, so I haven’t bothered) Also, each time i was there I had to ask for them to take off the diagnostic fee that is suppose to be waived if the car is fixed their. People shouldn't have to ask for that!!! Stay far away!!! — Kirk please do not send your default response that you send to every negative review. Edit- they replaced valve Cover gaskets less than two years ago and I just had to have them replaced again. almost $800. Shop is a fraud.
