They answered all my questions clearly and helped me find the perfect car within my budget. The process was smooth, fast, and completely stress-free. I truly appreciate their honest approach and excellent customer service.

Jared was a great salesperson who truly delivered on his promises. He checked in with me multiple times to ensure I was comfortable and on track throughout the entire purchase process. I really appreciated his attention and support from start to finish. I’m glad he was the one assisting me, and I definitely recommend asking for him if you’re shopping for a car here.

BUYER BEWARE! This dealer sold me a dirty, damaged BMW X4 crumbs in the interior, mud in the trunk, broken grill, crooked logo and severely scratched windshield which impairs driver vision. They refused to replace grill, telling me it was "cosmetic" and did not effect drivability, and had me pay for a new one and for the installation. They refused to fix or replace my windshield which is a safety hazard. They jack up advertised prices and charged extra for "customer advantage package" once you are in their showroom. After being promised these repairs, taking my car back several times and them NOT performing the work promised, I am forced to post this review. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Steer clear of buying any vehicle from them!

I am utterly disappointed with my experience with the Avenue NJ team. I purchased a 2020 Porsche 911 at the end of May. After owning the vehicle for roughly 1 week we had decided to remove the vinyl wrap that had been added by management. What we found was shocking to say the least. The wrap was placed on the car to conceal tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage. The entire car was in need of a new paint job. After hiring legal consul the deal was canceled. Avenue picked up the car everything was OK at that time. Until Avenue refuses to fund the payment made on the vehicle. This dealer was proven NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I would not recommend any sort of high end vehicle transaction with his team.
