5/5 all the way around! Had my battery light come on 1/24 and bought a new battery same day and it died... so found Avery Automotive the next day and they were able to take my car! Had my alternator replaced and car in working perfect condition in less than 24 hours couldn't recommend these guys enough from friendliness, customer service, and all around support. Didn't try to sell me anything on top like most places do.. instead they gave insight and clarity on what happened and why the old alternator failed and what i should keep my eye on for next car repairs! Will definetely be coming back for any other issues :)

I left my cameras plugged in and my battery died 😡 I figured if the little old cameras drained the battery I must need a new one, I called everywhere and no one would deliver, Les Schwab would for $100 an hour. I called Avery and the young man was here in less then half hour, put battery in without me asking, What a wonderful thing, awesome customer service !THANK YOU ! THANK YOU ! THANK YOU !

Had a battery and alternator fail while getting back to Seattle. Zach took me in and fixed up all my issues within an 1:30. He is very nice, honest and a stand up guy. Could have charged me way extra but kept it reasonable and quick. Can’t recommend him enough.

Zach at Avery Automotive is fantastic! He's trustworthy, flexible, and went the extra mile, making my car repairs stress-free – which I really appreciated. This was my first time using them, and he's definitely my new go-to mechanic!

Zach was very helpful when I unexpectedly needed new rear brakes en route over the pass. He not only replaced the brakes, he figured out why they went bad (the e-parking brake had seized up). He kept me posted all through the day, and was very kind. He even checked in the next day to be sure I made it safely home. Very nice guy, and a good mechanic.
