Danielle was great to work with over the phone and made everything really easy to set up. Chad did an awesome job towing my 4Runner and was super friendly and professional. The price was a great deal and the service was excellent. Really nice people all around. I would definitely use Bates Towing again.

This is exactly what you’re looking for in a towing company. It is a real small business that is not just an answering service that distributes you to somebody else. The woman that answered the phone was extremely nice, as was the tow truck driver that showed up. They came out very fast and had me out of the ditch that I got stuck in. The price was extremely reasonable. You can definitely trust this company to help you. I will not hesitate to call them again if I am in need.
