Arthur and Anthony did a full interior and exterior detail first, and then applied ceramic coating to both the outside and inside surfaces. I contacted Avid Auto Detailing and Ceramic for a full inside-and out detail on Ford Excursion, plus a ceramic interior treatment and headlight cleaning. It was supposed be done in one day, but due to "an employee issue," they kept it another day and promised delivery at 1 PM. It finally arrived at 3:45 PM. During the process, they accidentally engaged one of my front locking hubs, putting the truck into partial 4-wheel drive.
