Avis Car Rental

This is the WORST rental business I have ever encountered. First, we reserved a Ford. We get there and there was no Ford. They had 3 vehicles. 2 vans and one Mazda. The vehicles were dirty and not ready for use. My Nana just passed away so we had to drive we had no choice. We rent the Mazda and it had a strong cigarette odor. It had the previous renters paperwork still in the glove compartment. They didn’t even touch this vehicle. It was NOT AT ALL CLEAN. Had ashes and tobacco in the cup holders, dirt on the floor. We had to wipe things down and disinfect them. That’s so sad we had to do that. Avis DID NOT REIMBURSE US. They gave us a phone number to call and had no type of concern in her voice at all. She was very rude. I suggested we not fill the gas up but she told us it would be taken

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They are Rude unprofessional & NOT customer friendly. Rented a car from them but failed to have car available for the confirmed prepaid rental. Lady behind counter said she tried calling me & blamed me for not answering her call day before we had Confirmed prepaid rental. They choose to NOT be customer friendly because of bad business practices! Do NOT rent from them or give them your business! They don't deserve it! They do not honor their prepaid rentals because they blame Avis for not sending them enough cars. But there are cars available they won't rent because we have a confirmed 1 Way rental. Stay AWAY from this rental location & rent from someone else- you were warned!

I had a great experience with Avis Rental Car. The pickup process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and professional. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when I arrived. Returning the car was just as smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciated how straightforward everything was — no surprises, no delays. I would definitely rent from Avis again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental car company.

Michele did great like always. Called ahead for last minute rental. They had the car pulled up front cleaned and fueled up. Literally in and out within 5 mins. This is why I love renting from Avis in Aberdeen.

I had amazing experience with these fantastic employees with such enthusiasm to actually explain in detail and to to help me! We used your automotive dept. & STAN IS THE MAN!! My son ( 17 yr old ) bought a very old car & he brought it to you guys. You guys failed inspection first time around because it needed an axel, etc. But he got it all fixed & brought it bk to you all & he passed! Hes sooo happy ! Thank you for being the most HONEST Mechanics out there! We will be lifelong clients! Thank you!!!
