Avis Car Rental

I was here to get a car 02/26 to pick up a car for a work trip and they gave me a stupid electric car last min and I almost got stranded in the middle of no where bc I had to take the car all the way to Lubbock that day for a meeting. The staff that is there is incompetent and barely move. Go somewhere else if your time is valuable.

Loved the customer service whoever the black guy who was working around 3 AM by himself named Hampton is the best he helped me and my mom get a rental last minute with great prices for a great rental! He was also very humorous and personable 10/10

Corey LITERALLY made my day. I rented an EV from a different state to travel 500+ miles and spent over $200 on charging ALONE because the range on the stupid thing was non existent and the network of supercharger is small. Not to mention, I had to use supercharging or I would have to sit for 5+ hours to recharge the battery. The 8 hour trip took 11 and a half hours. Complain complain right! I stopped at an Avis in the town I’m visiting, praying I could get a gas car and though he didn’t have one available, he had one returning soon and gave me the option to wait. Long story short, thank you Corey. You were just doing your job, but you truly made me day.

Monique and her crew absolutely helped me when the Avis 800# kept sending me to India! They cared enough to make the changes I needed and get me back on the road. I can't recommend them enough!

I've rented here several times now, and the customer service is often lacking. The last employee I spoke with seemed to be irritated, was unprofessional, and he didn't understand how the refueling plans worked. Coupled with the fact that hours and selection of vehicles is limited, this is not my favorite Avis location- not even close- but it is the one closest and most convenient in my house, so we'll see.
