Avis Car Rental

Avoid this location at all costs. Laura called me at 10:30am to tell me she didn't have a car available for me to rent. My confirmed reservation was for 1pm. She had the audacity to call me with an attitude as if their incompetence didn't put me in a bind. She refused to help in any way. She was rude, lazy, and incompetent. She couldn't be bothered to call another location to see if they had any cars available. It was as if I were bothering her by merely asking her to do her job. I ended up going to the location to find out she did have a car available. She rented me an electric car that ended up costing me a fortune to charge. She claimed it was the only car they had and the only car that was being returned the entire day. There was a Tesla, a Hyundai, and a small Kia SUV on site. I calle

I am a preferred plus member,recently picked up a rental from this place . Even though i arrived an hour after original reserved time...car was not ready, i was given a dirty,filthy car . So dirty inside you could have felt dirt on your hand. Also guys upfront by the desk are not friendly nor professional. They don't even respond when you say "thank you","how are you" Would not recommend this place.

Beware of this car rental company! I returned the car with a full tank and even showed a receipt from the gas station located just 100 meters away from the Avis branch. Despite that, they charged me extra for fuel. When I presented the receipt, the employee laughed in my face and said it was my problem. This is dishonest and unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise against renting from this location!

Really not up to the typical Avis standard. The only thing this branch has going for it is the location, otherwise it would be a one-star experience. Our vehicle was cleaned very poorly, had a very odd smell, and came with lots of mechanical rattles and issues. We ended up re-cleaning the high touch areas ourselves for peace of mind and buying air fresheners to attempt to mask the scent. Thankfully it was a short rental. The individuals we interacted with at the location were pleasant and professional, it just seems perhaps they need more resources or support.

I prepaid and reserved a high end SUV and upon arriving was told my car was given to another customer. There attitude was we really can’t help you. I inquired about my options and their only option was a much smaller SUV at another location. They offered to have my original SUV available the following day. I returned the next day to be told my SUV was still not available. They offered another smaller SUV that was just returned and dirty. When I returned the vehicle this office would not give me the difference for the less valued car and later charged me for $250 for animal hair, which I never had an animal in the car. The representatives were very rude, unprofessional and offered extremely poor customer service.
