Lucid Studio Beverly Hills

I was really impressed with the large showroom and the overall customer experience. I was greeted the moment I walked in. Kathy was knowledgeable and was a true advocate for the product without being pushy. She took the time to answer my questions, explain the technology, and made the entire experience feel consultative rather than transactional. Lucid clearly puts a lot of thought into how they represent the brand, and it shows from the moment you walk through the door. I left with a great impression of both the vehicle and the team.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with both my vehicle and the service I have repeatedly received from Lucid Beverly Hills. This is, without question, the worst vehicle purchase and customer service experience I have ever had. I purchased two Lucid vehicles from the Beverly Hills location approximately two years ago. One of these vehicles, which cost over $125,000 and has only 28,000 miles, completely lost power while I was driving on the highway, creating a serious safety concern. The vehicle had to be towed. After the incident, I was forced to argue just to obtain a rental car. More than one month later, I received an email from the service department—not asking, but directing me—to pick up the repaired vehicle “hopefully by Friday,” drop off my other Lucid for a windsh

I scheduled service appointment many times, first time they said will mobile service to my house and they cancel it one hour early from the appointment time :) second service even not showed in my Lucid App and now I can’t get any service :) My Lucid both rear upper tires rubber drop down, memory seats not working, front LED lights off and NOBODY of Lucid employees cares :) also they don’t even want give me an service appointment. NEVER GET A LUCID, they are terrible!!!

I just purchased a Lucid Air Pure, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I was on the phone with Anderson at Lucid Studio Beverly Hills, who was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the brand. He patiently answered all my questions in great detail. We texted after the call until I made up my mind and complete the application online. Few minutes later he called to let me know the car is ready for pick up from their Torrance location. I went there, Quinton and Ian assisted with the remaining e-docs, I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I took delivery the very same day I ordered the car.
