Had a really good experience with Avis at Baseline Road. They have plenty of car options, and the one I got was clean and in great shape. The staff were super friendly and made the whole process really easy and quick. The best part was that it is budget friendly. For the service and the car quality, it was honestly a great deal. Overall, a smooth and stress-free rental. Would definitely rent from this location again.

What an absolute nightmare! Shame on me for not learning the lesson the first time. I have needed to utilize the Boulder Avis twice; once in 2023 and then in January 2025. In 2023, I needed to exchange a car with a nail in its tire. The car I was given was dirty and had a major hole in the carpet under the steering wheel. I was forgiving assuming that, since I was not scheduled, they did not have enough inventory in their fleet and did not have time to turn the car around. No big deal. However, this last time, I had a reservation for a one-way trip. Unfortunately, I read the reviews of this location after I booked, so I was a little leery walking to my car after being given the keys. This place over charged me and also bad customer service tried to charge me $91 per day when I had reserved price of $31 per day the Indian guy tried to bypass online price gave me a dirty rental I had to wait for him to clean made me late! Pics below I got no discount or anything.

I am amending my review, as I have experienced additional charges to my credit card after being told that there was nothing to pay. I was charged for a toll on a road I don't remember driving, and on the day I returned my car, I was also charged an additional amount with no documentation. Do make sure you check your credit card statements carefully. Although I had to wait when I picked up the car, for it to arrive, and to be cleaned, I was satisfied with the service. The car was excellent and I had no problems with it.

We've rented from this branch twice, and the cars were always in great shape, and the service was super personal. Humam sorted out all our problems. Easy to park and a great spot. I totally recommend this place!
