I had a great experience with Budget Car Rental. The process was quick and easy from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The car was clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly with no issues at all. The pricing was fair with no surprise fees, which I really appreciated. Picking up and dropping off the vehicle was fast and stress-free. Overall, it was smooth, simple, and reliable. I would definitely rent from them again and recommend them to anyone needing a dependable rental car.

My experience here was perfect! Pick up was easiest I have ever experienced with a rental company. Prices were fair, and customer service was great. We travelled north for my daughter's wedding and ended up being snowed in with a bad winter storm. The owner called on Monday, the day we were supposed to have car back to check on us and inform me had already extended our rental for a day to give us extra time to get back.

Horrible experience! Made Retals in advance, confirmed rental three times just for them to call me the day of the rental to say it would not be ready. I tried called the location SEVERAL times to just be sent to the answering service and could not be helped by anyone I spoke to. I was told to keep calling back, then I was told to press 0, then I was told to press 5, then I was told there’s nothing they call so “Just go to the location.” On my way to the location I was called saying the rental was available. When I arrived the rental was parked outside the location and had not been cleaned.. I asked if the association was the only person worked and she said she sent everyone else home, even though our car had not been cleaned. We sat for about 40 minutes while she vacuumed the car and wipes

I just stopped in for an unplanned rental due to car trouble. The front desk staff were all very professional, kind, and extremely helpful. They worked with me to get a rental fast and for a reasonable rate moments before closing. I highly recommend this location and the wonderful staff. I opened a corporate account at the Bowie, MD Avis and tried the service myself first. I reserved a Ford Expedition a week in advance, but on pickup day I was told only a Suburban was available and it would be 3 hours late. When I arrived, the SUV was extremely dirty (so dirty I paid $12 for a car wash), it was only 3/4 tank, and it smelled damp. The inside windows were dirty enough to cause glare at night, it was out of washer fluid, the USB/power plugs didn’t work, and CarPlay kept crashing to the point I had to pull over and restart the vehicle to get maps back. At return, the staff didn’t seem to care about the late pickup or the condition/issues, and I was charged $51 to go from 1/2 tank to 3/4. I spent $751 for this rental and the customer service and vehicle condition were unaccept
