This Avis/Budget location is the best. The staff is always welcoming and the vehicles are super clean. This is my go-to place, even if I arrive at the airport. Looking forward to my next rental.
I have rented cars from Avis, Enterprise, and Hertz in the past, and while each has their flaws, this location was by far the worst I have ever experienced. The owner was incredibly rude, abrasive, and I was absolutely appalled at his behavior and demeanor. I don't care the distance, walking anywhere would be a more pleasant experience than coming back here.
This location was the worst. I picked up the car on a Sunday. First issue is they didnt have the car I paid for. Secondly, turned the car on and tire pressure was low on both tires. I went back and avis store was already closed. I had to go pay and fill the tires up with air. Lastly, I bought the car back and they claimed the car was trashed when it was not. Just normal use from a 10hr plus long road trip. The car was slightly dirty on inside when I first got it but since I needed to drive back I decided to just deal with it. I will never rent from this location again. Be very careful.
I rented a truck from Avis, Tuesday, May Seventh to be returned Wednesday, May 8. I went into the location, signed my rental agreement, and it was given the keys to the truck. Nobody walked outside with me to go over the damage that was on the vehicle or to look inside the vehicle with me which I’ve never had happened before. But I’ve never rented from this location before. When I went and inspected the vehicle myself, there was so much damage to the outside that I walked back inside and asked them if somebody was going to walk around the vehicle with me and they said no they were aware of the damage. So I took a video of the whole outside of the truck , and then I took pictures once I got inside the truck because the inside of the truck was disgustingly dirty. There was cigarette ashes, f
