I recently took my car to this shop, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My car overheated on my way to work & although they couldn’t get my car in the same day, Austin & his co workers helped temporarily fix the issue to ensure I was safe until they could get me in, first thing the following day. They explained the issue thoroughly. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the way they went above and beyond to ensure I was safe & satisfied. Excellent job. I had a creaking noise in the back of my car which they identified was due to the wrong size part being put on the car from a previous location. This incorrect sized part caused the creaking concern. They identified it and actually showed us the concern. They fixed it with the correct sized part and absolutely no more creaking is happening. Fair and honest along with good communication throughout the process. .
