I had a great experience with Avid, and AJ truly made it exceptional. His customer service is incredible — professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He made the entire process quick, smooth, and stress-free. The car was clean and ready to go, but AJ’s outstanding service is what really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this company — especially if you get to work with AJ and the staff.

I had a great experience with Avis Rent-A-Car. The car was clean, reliable, and drove perfectly throughout my trip. The customer service was friendly and efficient, making the pick-up and drop-off process quick and easy. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality of both the vehicle and the service. Highly recommend Avis I’ll definitely be renting from them again

My transmission went out and I needed a cheap option to get to class while my car is in the shop. I made an online reservation and went in the next morning to pick up. I asked for toll access and two more days of driving which they accommodated and the man behind the desk offered insurance which I accepted. He then told me to swipe my credit card. I said for how much and he wouldn’t tell me. I asked again and he wouldn’t tell me. Finally he says it’s the deposit so I swipe. He prints out a receipt and the total is 5x the original. 2 times the original and I would’ve been upset, but would have paid. 5x and I questioned him. He said I added insurance and two more days. Which is simple math, should not be a 5x increase. I asked for the original deal which he provided but then he asked my insu

I’ve been a loyal Avis customer for years, but this recent experience was extremely disappointing. I returned my vehicle only minutes late and left the keys in the designated drop box. I also attempted to call the location to let them know I was running slightly behind, but my call was routed to a general customer service center instead of the local office. Despite being only minutes late, I was charged for an entire additional day. At no point during pickup was I told this would happen. I’ve rented many times before and have never been charged a full day for being just minutes late. I followed up by emailing Avis support multiple times, asking them to show where I was clearly notified that being a few minutes late would result in a full-day charge. The pricing is unbeatable. The rental car was a basic vehicle and didn't have a navigation system, however I was able to connect it through carplay. Overall, it is good for the price. I did notice the car was not cleaned before being handed to me then but it was an okay experience
