I rent cars from Avis all the time, and this is by far the best location I’ve ever been to. Tricia was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful—kind, polite, and quick to come up with solutions. I was in a jam making a last-minute trip to Florida to help my mom and urgently needed a rental. Tricia was so understanding and truly went above and beyond to help me. If you come to this location and Tricia assists you, consider yourself lucky.

I rented a few times from Avis before, but when I say this is the first time that I’ve experienced such great service at Avis, I want to personally think Emily For her service of checking us out the day we arrived and checking us back in very swiftly and very efficiently. She goes out of her way to making sure that guest needs are valued and that’s very important. she provides great and exceptional customer service. Definitely a keeper.

There was absolutely no hassle; they got right to what I needed and handled the paperwork efficiently. I was in and out in no time, which allowed me to get straight to enjoying my vacation. I have never received such bad service as I did today from their worker Kevin. He went out of his way to make sure that we did not receive the help we needed and was not pleasant, the detailer heard the situation and offered more assistance than he did. My family had to go out of our way to another location just to get help. Kevin was more assistive to other customers and lack customer service skills with my family and I. After today, I do not believe that I would be using Avis for my travels.
