Avis Car Rental

This Avis/Budget location is convenient and has very accommodating hours to pickup and drop off vehicles. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and works with customers to ensure they have a good rental experience. The shop is clean and well maintained. They work very hard to provide clean cars. Graham is very professional and understanding of customers needs and what type of car they need for their use or travels.

Rented a vehicle under a business reservation with Avis because my company car was rear-ended and in the shop for a month. The vehicle I received for $70/day was wrecked worse than my company car! This rental had fast food under both front seats, so the car hadn’t even been vacuumed or checked for garbage. Also, the key fob battery went dead during my reservation and I had to replace it. This car had 5,000 miles on it and the fob was already malfunctioning. I almost got locked out because of it. Absolutely shameful. The employee who was at the desk when I turned it in said I never should have been given this wrecked SUV to rent, but “we’ve been busy over spring break” and it was the only vehicle they had available. I was also told I couldn’t be compensated for being given a dirty, damaged

Great customer service by Graham. He helped me with a complicated return and extension. He was very awesome in helping me out. Not sure about other employees, but this man deserves raise and/or bonus!

This is the worst customer service I've had from Avis. They gave me a full size car that had coffee stains all over the seats. Also this car also had bald tires how do they expect you to drive anywhere when they give you a car like this. They told me that if I wanted to wait another day I might be able to get into a better car. Really I have plans I have to keep.

Solid location. After another agency left me hanging without a car on a booked reservation, the owner Graham made sure I got on my way without missing a beat. Old fashioned service, something that is becoming a bit of a rarity.
