Avis Car Rental

I had such a great experience renting from Miami International Mall. I was having difficulty finding the location but Monique the owner, provided great directions and also provided a clean car. I will definitely come back.

I had the most amazing and patient service from Quin at the Miami International Mall location. Great cars, and phenomenal service….1000/10!

My experience with Avis has been lovely and it really has to do with the lovely lady who works in the front desk Monique. She has been so attentive considering I have been almost a month and a half without a car and I've been renting with Avis every other weekend. This process could have been a little more stressful but she's always been willing to help give me a heads up and not only that make me feel comfortable every time I go into that kiosk. Sometimes it's not the business put the people who make it a good experience.

I am never going to Avis for a car rental again. My customer service experience with Monique was completely unprofessional and disappointing. She notified me that my rental that I had reserved weeks in advance was unavailable but she didn't cancel it, so that somehow made it okay. She refused to help me resolve the issue, and refused to give me any information to contact any of her managers. I suggest you go literally anywhere else to rent a car.
