Avis Car Rental

I've had the hardest time with this company and the location in Douglasville GA Highway 5...... They never honor free upgrades.... the cars are terrible and the customer service is a zero. I have the dates from when I take the pictures.... when I pick the cars up. All the tires lights are on. The car drives terrible..... when I call them they give me the run around. I pay by the month for my cars. I've called the CEO office no response....... I've called customer service many times. I need help. I'm calling the BBB soon...

Avis is my preferred rental company. I rent from this location often. The cars are always very clean and detailed ,variety of cars to choose from. I will recommend this location.

The Avis Car Rental location in Douglasville Ga. needs to do some work on getting vehicles for customers in a timely manner. My experience this last time was just as bad as the time before. Now, I get rental cars from here about 2 to 3 times a year. Everytime I reserved a vehicle a month in advance there is an issue. The vehicle I requested was never there. There were times I had to wait almost 3 hours for my vehicle to show up. And this last, the vehicle I requested hadn't even arrived, so this time they gave me something totally useless for my needs. And it was nasty on the inside. Needless to say, I had to call customer service to register another compliant about the Douglasville location. This time Avis customer service made it right by giving me an adjustment on my bill. Normally I

The worst car rental company. I made my reservation ahead of time to go on vacation, and when I got there, they told me they didn't have one. Even worse, they were rude. I would never consider renting a car from this company again.🤬

Call ahead of time to make sure vehicles were available before I came because I had to Uber to location. Was only told that I had to have a banking card no other payment limitations. I Uber to the location just be told that my payment method could not be taken and the person at the counter could care less was very nonchalant didn't receive an apology or nothing. Wouldn't come back here even if I had everything needed.
