I've dealt with this location twice now. They have been unfailingly wonderful in taking care of me. Excellent customer service. The manager is so kind! The other worker I dealt with was excellent as well. Will definitely go here for all my local car rental needs in the future. Cannot recommend enough.
Excellent customer service. I mistakenly chose the wrong dropoff location for my vehicle and actually wanted one that wasn't easy to accommodate. Nahman bent over backwards to help me and had me on my way in no time. Thanks so much!
Nahman, was such a great help today. I was having car issues and was trying to get a rental for 1 week. We reserved online but there was an issue when we got to the store. He told us to call and request a refund, but the national customer service line was going to charge us $150 for cancelling. Norman, tried speaking with that supervisor who was very unpleasant to him and said if he wanted a different response, to call again. Which he did, explained the situation and got us that full refund. He proceeded to rebook us with a great discount and after a stressful morning it was finally nice to drive away with a reliable car for the week. We will be back for any other needs!

Best customer service experience I’ve ever had renting a car. Frankly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had period. Rahman went above and beyond on a holiday weekend to help me and my family switch to a larger car. We got a car at BWI (after waiting for 2.5 hours) on the 4th and it just didn’t have enough trunk space - everyone except for the driver was sitting with bags on their laps! I came into the Ellicot City branch on the 5th to see about switching, but bc of the holiday weekend inventory was really limited. Rahman gave me his direct line and promised that if I came back on Monday he’d have something bigger for me.
