Avis Car Rental

Discrimination! Extortion! Scam! Unprofessionalism! I had a confirmed reservation for 12/11 with a scheduled pickup time of 12:30 PM. Upon arrival, I was informed that no cars were available and that I should return at 3:00 PM. I waited until 3:00 PM, only to be told that cars were still unavailable, despite seeing several vehicles in the avis lot and customers picking up and dropping off keys. When I questioned the staff member, I was told that they had to prioritize other customers, even though I had a reservation. Furthermore, the agent later offered me a car under a special "$75 Google employee plan," suggesting I pay a higher rate instead of honoring my reserved price. I'd give this place 0 star if I could. Made reservation weeks ago, came today and they said there's no cars. All cars have been extended and there's nothing today. Doesn't even bother to help to locate one at any other location, just handed me their "1-800" number to call. So if there are no cars, what's the point of making a reservation? And why are you still working? What a joke of a place. Stay AWAY!

ZERO STARS. Habton, the manager at this location was extremely rude & just said “No” within first second of me arriving asking for help. He didn’t want to look at my receipt or anything. I was told by Avis corporate to go to any physical Avis location to make adjustments to our rental. The manager here didn’t even bother to look at our lease policy or agreement; or help me call corporate office. Maybe because my rental was from different Avis location so he didn’t want to have anything to do with me or even try to help.

I usually have poor luck with rental car agencies, but this experience went smoothly. This location is a satellite so don't expect full service. The car exterior was dirty and I had to wash it at home. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful. Hope this experience carries over for other customers.

I had a great experience here. Rented a car on a heavy snowy day, and surprisingly it was ready. Pick up and drop off was super easy. Since it was at the mall, getting an uber there and back was not an issue.
