Avis Car Rental

Vehicle are horrible, stained seats, damaged doors and run Down vehicle. Vehicle cleaned with fabulouso. The smell was reeking with fabulouso cleaner. Car was not washed on the outside. The rental was not worth what i paid. I would never rent from this Place again.

The staff at the Fayetteville location were pleasant. However, they called me an hour before I was going to pick up my car to inform me that none were available. I booked well in advance and got less than a 24 hour notification. This left me in a difficult situation for a planned trip. I ended up having to use the airport location. Avis corporate charged me more for the location change and offered nothing extra in return. I chose Fayetteville for a reason (price and location). If timing wasn't the issue, I would have used another company. I know things happen, but Avis didn't even try to make it right. The only reason that I have any stars to my review was due to the nice staff at this location. Otherwise, it would be zero! Avis corporate needs to do better to honor guest reservations.

My experience with Ms. Gloria was amazing. I went to a previous Avis location and the system was down all day. Although the Fayetteville location didn’t have any cars, Ms. Gloria went above and beyond by assisting me with finding a rental at another location. I am more than pleased with the customer service at this location. Thanks to this assistance, I am able to get my son to his surgical procedure. Two thumbs up👍🏾👍🏾.

BeeBee was extremely helpful in clearing up my cancellation that was not done in my part and honoring my original total at reservation a month ago.

DO NOT!!!!!! DO NOT!!!!!! DO NOT!!!!!! Book with Avis period. Doesn’t matter which location. I book at Stockbridge location the day before and got all the way up there and they said they didn’t have the car available. The following day I booked with a guy over the phone and asked if he was sure it was available and he said it was. Got a Lyft to take me down there for them to call me on the way to tell me the car wasn’t available. So I had to pay for a ride back. Now I have to wait to get my money back, which is preventing me from getting another rental from Enterprise which I should have went first. Don’t plan a trip and expect the vehicle to be there.They don’t try to make it right, it’s just a oh well sorry.
