Avis Car Rental

If I could give a ZERO, I would. I reserved a car from here to take me from Findlay to Columbus airport to catch a flight a couple days before my flight. These idiots call me the morning of, two hours before Im supposed to pick the car up and tell me they have no car for me because a shuttle showed up and they let them take all their cars on it. "Couldnt" save ONE car for a reservation they had and now I have a booked airline flight and no way to get to it. Never using again!

Had reservation booked for a month. They called the day before to say “they” pulled all their vehicles and have no car to give me. There was nothing they could do and they couldn’t check other locations. But maybe next time I could have free Sirius?? Worst experience ever. Do not rent from them.

Brennan at Avis Findley was polite, helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond. A bright spot in a very challenging rental experience which originated in Detroit.

Requested a specific kind of car well in advance and was not notified that it was not available prior to arriving on the day of pick-up. Had to scramble to find another rental car location and battle to get my prepaid money returned.

Super painless experience getting a car here. Had it reserved on Costco, and the lady was super friendly and quick getting me the keys. Came on a Wednesday morning and there was no wait. In and out in 5 minutes.
