Tara has gone up and above for all her costumers. Very respectful, resourceful, and helpful!! She helped me with several things while there. Place is clean and trash 🗑 empty.

I went through the car wash a little bit ago. It was nice being greeted while paying for the wash, but I'm a bit upset that he didn't mention the vacuums being unavailable prior to paying. I only really went through to use the vacuums, the carwash itself was okay. I normally don't leave reviews, just suggesting that in the future when the vacuums are off maybe mention it to customers before they pay. An employee explained to me after which was again very nice customer service and I understand that they don't give coupons just for use of the vacuums, but I was pretty bummed I wasn't able to use them and not told before paying for the carwash.

Very disappointed. Paid for the ultimate wash and it didn't get bug left overs off the front of the car or the bird droppings off the side and back of the car. The windshield still has bug leftovers on it along with the side mirrors. There is still dust and dirt on the back window as well. Is there a car wash anywhere that will actually get at least 90% of the bugs, bird droppings and dirt off of a car? Not any of the employees fault, maybe need to make some adjustments to the wash itself.

My car was trapped inside the tunnel for 2 minutes while the cycle was continuing. Their employee i found later on his phone had not hit the emergency stop button and was oblivious there had been an emergency within the tunnel. The company is denying the damages done to my vehicle even with the photo and video evidence, they claim this is my fault. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION For your own safety. I had been a member for 4+ years. Since the ownership changed they have not been the same business as they were prior.

Fine wash reasonably priced. I wanted to try the $15 for a month offer which I noticed while in line for my wash. However, I could not find it on a selection screen. An attendant was not available until after I had already made my selection.
