Avis Car Rental

I went there for assistance with a car I rented for the month for work. The manager and employees were so kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to take care of my needs. Thank you for good service!

I have recently rented a car at this location at 9:00 am. The rental agent was very nice and handed me the paper works. We went around the car and and spent at least 5 minutes. After spending a few minutes inspections. I drove off the car out the parking lot. As I was driving the sun hit the windshield of the car, I have noticed a crack on the windshield. I have stop and took a picture. You can't really see the crack on the picture because it really hard to see. You need to be in a certain angle to see it. The picture was taken at 9:18 am. I have turned around returned the car. What I did not understand is they have made me filled up a accident report. Which I did not like because i was just there and made me feel that I was dishonest. The ladies here are amazing! We had read bad reviews for this location and almost rented elsewhere. I’m glad we didn’t. They were so sweet! The district manager also happened to stop by at the time and she was great too. We were able to give recognition to the ladies in the office and our positive feedback. We actually ended up chatting with them for about 30 minutes before we left lol. Great location, great selection of cars and great customer service! We will definitely rent here again if we need to in the future.

This place is a scam. I rented a mini van to take our family to Magic Mountain. They have gave us a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid and told us the gas mileage would be great. It did pretty well. We traveled from this location at 6666 W Bell Rd, Glendale, AZ 85308 to Quartzite, AZ (185 N Riggles Ave, Quartzsite, AZ 85359) before refueling the first time. We traveled 129 miles and used 5.1 gallons of fuel. On the return trip, we traveled from the gas station at Magic Mountain (27624 The Old Rd, Valencia, CA 91355) to the gas station near our home (8271 W Thunderbird Rd, Peoria, AZ 85381) on a single tank of gas (409 miles). I filled the tank for $44. I drove from that gas station (8271 W Thunderbird Rd, Peoria, AZ 85381) to this location (6666 W Bell Rd, Glendale, AZ 85308) for a total of 4 m
