Avis Car Rental

I’ve rented from this location a few times, but this will be my last. When I arrived, I was told the car was “being cleaned.” They brought out a minivan with paint chips missing all over it. Inside, it was filthy—there was a burn hole in the seat, it smelled terrible, and the trunk was a mess. I asked them to clean it again. When they brought it back out, I sat inside, opened and closed the center console, and a baby roach came out. I immediately got out, took a picture, and spoke to the manager. He brushed it off, saying “that’s nothing,” and simply wiped it away with a towel. He offered no real solution. I ended up calling Avis customer service, and they were great. They made sure I wasn’t charged for the rental, issued a refund, and arranged an upgraded vehicle at the same cost—but I

Was told incorrect info about renting a car . Then took what they told me to with me and wasted my time as calling first turned out to be no help at all. Ended up going around the corner to enterprise rent a car. Easiest rental process ever

The location is very close to me, and the rental experience was very good, Jerry and James were very professional, so definitely gonna comeback whenever I need a rental car. Thank you guys!

one of the worst places to rent a car. Please consider choosing from another location. I booked my car well in advance for my trip to canada, but they didn’t have the car ready and was making lame excuses. I pre paid half the amount before and was gonna pay the remaining with my other card but they kept saying the payment needs to be made from the same card?? Like what in the world is this excuse you should be good as long as i’m making the payment for your rental. I even said cancel the amount taken from the other card and take the full amount from the card that i was providing at the location. They then canceled my reservation and told me to make another one and depending on availability i’ll be able to get another car if not nothing. I was literally all prepared with my luggage to go to
