Avis Car Rental

Drew went above and beyond helping my mom and I renting a moving truck! We were wary about the size truck we had chosen to rent and he offered us several alternative options; making sure we were happy before we left the lot. I would highly recommend renting from Drew at this location!!

Arrived to pick up a car for an Uber rental at 4:30pm, only to be told by an agent that he couldn't complete my reservation after 4:00pm and that I had to return tomorrow before 4:00pm to pick up the rental car. Avis was not due to close until 6:00pm. I believe this information should be given to customers at time of reservation. On top of not receiving a rental that particular day, I didn't have a way home so I had to pay an Uber for my trip home which cost me $40. I called the next day just to confirm that I will be picking up the rental car in a few hours only to be told that the car had already been rented and that they would not have anymore rentals until 2 weeks from that day. Extremely poor customer service. Needless to say, I will not be renting a car from Avis again.
