I had an outstanding experience with Avis! The entire process was smooth, quick, and stress-free, but the real highlight was Martha. She went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed. Her professionalism, friendly attitude, and genuine care made all the difference. Martha is truly exceptional — absolutely the kind of customer service every company should strive for. Highly recommend renting from this location!

This location is supreme ! The location manager goes above and beyond to accommodate the customers. This location is by far the best location in the northern Virginia area outside of Dulles airport . I’ve leased and rented from multiple locations and none of those locations don’t come Close To the Herndon location. If you are thinking about leasing or renting a vehicle in the dmv area I highly recommend this location for top of the line experience. I love it and recommend all of my friends to her location. The cars are extremely clean and the phone service is very responsive . Thank you for your service extremely grateful!

This is my favorite place to rent cars from. I've always been able to reserve a compact at a reasonably affordable price. They've upgraded me to a crossover several times when they haven't had enough compacts from corporate, which has always worked out well for me. Martha is friendly and helpful. I'm happy coming here and I'll continue to prefer this location over other options on the area.

I've been using this location for most of my rentals for the past fifteen years at least, for probably 40+ rentals, and they have always been excellent. Customer service is fantastic, and I am perpetually amazed by the quality and cleanliness of the cars I am rented. I don't know if they have a special in with dealerships or corporate to get very nice and new cars, but they are awesome, and I experience the latest tech for the first time in these rentals. I considered switching to the rental company mandated by my employer, but I can't do it, especially after comparing the ratings and reviews of those other guys and given my history of wonderful experiences with Avis in Herndon. I have rented a lot of cars here and service is great!! Always the same lady working the front so it feels more local. Good selection of cars.
