If there were more people like Hamzy in the world, this world would be a better place. I came to help my elderly father with his uber car rental procedure. The gentleman Hamzy helped us, and was kind, patient, professional and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this location for all rentals, especially for uber support. My father was having a rough time with uber support locations throughout the city, this one restored our faith.

Business Travelers – AVOID! I stopped renting from this location a while ago after getting a car with low tire pressure, a check engine light, and eventually a blown motor. Recently, I gave it another shot for convenience, but nothing has changed. The cars are consistently dirty, beat up, and not even delivered with a full tank. For my most recent work trip, booked through BCD Travel, I reserved a premium vehicle hoping for a better experience. When I arrived, I was told no premium vehicles were available. After wasting 45 minutes while they tried (and failed) to switch my reservation, I was told I’d still be charged the premium rate because “the system wouldn’t allow an adjustment.” Frustrated but short on time, I agreed—only to be given yet another worn-out car: high mileage, pine tar

We rented a car from here in Jacksonville, and dropped the car off in Greenville, South Carolina. The staff was very courteous and kind. I did not have to wait very long, and because we had a reservation, the process was very smooth. I would rent from them again based on this experience.

I’ve been renting their cars for over 3 years to drive uber!! They kforce uber drivers into EV and lie about the benefits of the cars! I made a reservation 9 days in advance for them to put me in a car with engine problems!! After the car shut off while drive 5 times in one day they refused to put me in another gas car!! I was told the car had been serviced which was a lie because when a car is serviced they check and top off fluids!! The car has ABSOLUTELY NO WIPER FLUID!!! Beware !! You will make a reservation for a certain class car and they rarely have the car and will offer you an EV!! Ev’s are not good for highways and cold weather! I refuse to rent from them any more!!

Mr.Ray Adieh was incredibly helpful. He really saved us after Enterprise let our month long reservation fall through. They operate with integrity and wonderful customer service. They got us covered and handles us with good humor. Would 1000% recommend using this car rental service.
