Avis Car Rental

I strongly recommend staying away from this location. The office was very dirty, and the customer service was extremely poor. We were given a defective car with a nail in the tire. We discovered the issue about two hours after picking up the vehicle and contacted the office immediately to request a replacement. Unfortunately, the staff ( Bassam) declined to swap the car and handled the situation in a very rude manner. They also stopped responding to our messages afterward. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I made a reservation through Expedia. When I arrived, they no longer had any of the class of vehicle I reserved. I get that happens sometimes. I've had it happen at other rental car places before. All they had was the next class up. But, they wanted to charge me an additional $20 a day for the rental. They were unwilling to give me one of the available vehicles at the same price despite my pre-paid reservation and they're lack of inventory. I explained that it's not the customer's fault for their lack of stock, and that every time this has happened I'm the past I'd been upgraded at no additional cost. But, they would not commit to my rental without the additional expense on my part. So, I canceled the rental. I can't believe this is how they treat customers. This is no way to run a busines

I stopped by this morning after returning the rent a car yesterday as I believed I had left my Armani glasses in the car. I spoke with Danny, what a true professional and caring person. Danny immediately unlocked the car and I searched with no success. He also checked lost and found and no luck. I gave Danny my card and asked him to call me if in fact they showed up. As I exited the parking lot Danny came running out with the glasses and said that he found them in the back. What a terrific individual who truly cared and put forth extra effort to help me out. Truly appreciated and definently worth rewarding. Highly recommended.

Called and confirmed reservation 48 hrs ahead of time. I talked to Bassem store manager. Showed up on time day of and no car? Bassem lied about calling me to cancel and would not provide any options or verification of cancelation. He was rude, dismissive, and a poor representative. Please do not book here! Costco Travel should remove this location from options. AVIS/Budget really needs to investigate this particular location and manager

Very convenient location. Got a great car. Quick and easy handling Bassem a very professional and kind gentleman. Will definitely be my go to rental office for future needs.
