Avis Car Rental

Sheila was very kind, friendly and professional. She was responsive and went above and beyond making this a wonderful, quick, easy, hassle free process! I was in and out with a car booked in no time! The vehicle was in wonderful shape, clean condition and drove perfectly. It was safe and reliable. Not to mention the prices were better than the other rental locations in the area AND they are open on weekends!! Will definitely be giving my business to Avis again for any car rental needs.

Big thanks to Sheila at Avis - Lake Havasu!! After Avis at LAS rented us an electric Mustang Mach E for our week long Christmas holiday with family, and me asking if the car had everything I needed to charge it (charge cable, adapter, etc.). We arrived in Lake Havasu to find no charging stations, not charging cable or adapter in the car…. We were stuck! But Sheila came to our rescue on Dec 24th and go us all squared away in a new vehicle for the week - thanks Sheila!

Car was not clean when we picked it up. Inside and outside where filthy! First car had dead battery! Usually rent from Hertz, but they were not an option. Disappointed with Avis.

Location pin for Avis/Budget is incorrect, I suggested an edit to Google Maps. The real location is in the City Airport Teriminal next to the Station 6 fire department.

Car wasn't clean. Super dusty and had left over trash from the last person renting. Other than that, it was a good experience. The place is inside the airport, but you have to wait until the guy arrives before you can enter. Definitely do not arrive at the time they open, you should wait atleast fifteen minutes, otherwise you'll be waiting outside.
