Avis Car Rental

Late on a Friday, heading out in a road trip with family and 2 dogs. SUV breaks down. Only car is town, a mini van. We were upset. But David made us feel welcome, comfortable and helped us get back on the road. We had ALOT to unload and reload at closing. The staff was super helpful, even extended our rental. Thank you David! We would highly recommend them!

Sure, they take debit cards, but require a soft credit check. So I’m paying for the rental up front, and a deposit up front, yet I can’t rent a car without passing a credit check. Are you thinking I’m going to steal your car? Guess who doesn’t have this stipulation? Your competitor right down the road a bit, whose rental car I’m driving now. Always go Enterprise.

Hi, just left the Leesburg Avis location, terrible customer service. I needed to swap a vehicle out due to maintenance light on, the customer service at this location really needs change or training. Absolutely no help at all. I was told to go to MCO Avis, asked if they could reach out to another location, was told it is best to do that myself. I am really disappointed with the the process that Avis has in place for situations as this.

Brought car back with just under a full tank, when I picked it up it had 7/8 tank. This company tried charging me over 20 dollars for fuel. Beware of this scam. When called was told they would adjust.

He is extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable in his effort to keep the customers content. He goes above and beyond to make sure the operation there runs smoothly. Thank you Alexis for making my visit extremely pleasant when I go there. Well deserved of this compliment.
