Avis Car Rental

Avoid the angry heavier set lady named Kim. She is selectively nice and extremely rude. She yelled at me for asking to pick up my car. She refused to rent me a vehicle despite the parking lot being completely stacked with cars. This is discrimination and a lawsuit will be coming this way if Kim is not fired and dealt with. Avoid this hurricane (the location and the lady) at all cost, she will ruin your day.

I honestly feel like I had to leave this review because the low ratings don’t match the experience I had at all. Kim was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Pick-up was quick, the car was clean, and everything was clearly explained; no confusion, no attitude, no issues. People tend to only leave reviews when something goes wrong (like going to McDonald’s and only reviewing it when your order is messed up), but when things go right, nobody says anything. My experience here was exactly how a rental should be: easy, efficient, and stress-free. If you come in with realistic expectations and treat people with respect, you’ll get the same in return. Kim runs this location well, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from here again.
