Avis Car Rental

Normally my experience has been good yet today, 1/8/2025, they gave me a compact SUV saying it was a Standard and it was super dirty. This SUV is so small I can barely fit in. I asked for a larger vehicle and they told me they don't have any more cars. I will not use them in the future.

Got the 2024 kia niro for 7 days (now 6) and the front drivers side tire is cracked and believe not safe

The guy that assigned here yesterday was very Rude instead of helping me ! His blaming me that I have damaged the rim ! I complained about I am not feeling safe driving the car that I have because of the Tire side wall damages! But the guy just told me to return it instead! Then I would not have a car to go to work ! I was just asking to replace with other vehicle! So now I have to drive to the freeway with Avis Car that has damaged on the tire side wall very bad experience ☹️

Awesome and friendly service from everybody here — Stella went above and beyond to help me get a rental since my flight was delayed to Chicago. Fred and Seth were both great and very helpful. I’d highly recommend renting from these folks!

They had 2 of my cards on file, they were taking payments from both, I called the bank and made a dispute about this charges, Avis sent a tow truck to take the car on top of that they gave me a big bill without telling me what were those charges from and deducted directly from my account. Also this lady in the picture started laughing when I asked what were those charges about, it was her in the front desk and some african american guy (Sorry I don't have his name). Be careful people, this review is only for you the costumer because I don't want you to go through the same thing.
