Avis Car Rental

Had a reservation at Avis. Arrived at the airport late because of flight issues, but had communicated twice with Avis and they told us we're all good the reservations would be held for 24 hrs. They had given all the cars away and there were no more cars to be had that entire weekend. Good thing we made reservations I guess. We were able to get a refund after being on the phone for 1/2 hour. I've never seen anything like this in my life.

Great customer service. Lovely experience with exceptional vehicles. The manager and staff are very helpful. I appreciate all the help Tiffany has been for out area.

Best customer service! I had an early flight and left my luggage in my rental vehicle. Jennifer contacted me personally after I arrived at my destination and worked with UPS to send my luggage back to me. She went above and beyond and is greatly appreciated.

The team at the airport is always pleasant to work with. I’ve been renting with them for years and Tiffany always goes above and beyond to take care of me and it never goes unnoticed. Keep up the good work at LYH!

UPDATE: Avis made it right taking responsibility for its damages. Thank you for doing so and making it right. I appreciate that. The staff was great! I have no issues with them. I did however have tire pressure issues with multiple vehicles during my time. I returned a vehicle after driving 20-25 miles. The second vehicle I drove a little over 200 miles and had to replace it the third day due to a flat tire. I received a third vehicle the next day 3-4 hours after estimated time of arrival. I returned the third vehicle on the fifth day and later received a bill in the mail hailing me responsible according to the terms and rental agreement.
