Avis Car Rental

So, we had a bit of a Seinfeld snafu. They took the rental, but did not hold the rental. Ahmed @ Avis to the rescue! He was able to fix the issue so we were back on the road as planned! Thank you for your help.

Picked up at Minneapolis St. Paul airport. Wanted to return to a downtown Minneapolis , instead of the airport location. It would cost according to the agent an extra 135$ to make a few miles change to the drop of location. What the heck ! That’s outrageous. I assumed there would be a fee , but come on 135$ is just nuts!

This place really helped out. I had reservations with a different company, but I mistaking reserved the wrong dates. When I arrived they had no available rentals for that day. I needed to get to Fargo for an important convention for work. i googled car rentals and found Avis and Budget. It was within walking distance from my hotel. Once I walked in, I was greeted immediately by the Manager Felix. Just like the last place he didn't have anything available until later that evening. After sharing my story on what happened, he told me he has vehicle that just came back, but it hadn't been detailed yet. His detailer wasn't slated to come in for another few hours. He actually went in the back and detailed the vehicle himself so that I could make my work function. I'll never forget what he did t

The person working here was nice but this is the slowest service I’ve ever had getting a car. It took over 30 minutes because of some mysterious computer issues. After 25 minutes I asked “how much longer will this be? Someone is waiting for me and I just need to let them know.” And the only answer I got was “I’m trying this again.” I asked again for an estimate and got no reply. This sad dead cactus in the lobby is symbolic of the status of this place.

Felix was very helpful and efficient. Car was in gr8 shape. Instructions on how to get out and the how to return the car wete clear Easy in, easy out.
