I paid for a full size car! They "Upgraded me" to a Chevy Blazer, $125 a day for a crappy tiny SUV! Agent tells me I still owe $50 on an agreed prepaid amount! 40mpg to 23mpg on 995 mile trip! Car is filthy! Gas wasn't full, took $16 to fill it up! Car averaged 23 MPG during the trip!!! Used over 45 gallons of gas vs 25 in a Toyota Camry, spent over $60 MORE in gas!!! So angry right now!!!

With the Southwest airline issues during the holiday... we could only get a flight home 3 days later so we decided to drive. But all the cars were sold out but luckily one came in and the manager let us rent the car with my debit card too. He said the car wasn't washed but we didn't care... he even got us a good rate!!! He was amazing and very helpful during a stressful time.
