Incredible service at the Naples Airport AVIS location! Despite the rush of the busy Thanksgiving holiday, the team delivered outstanding service. Everyone was professional, courteous, and always with a smile. The entire experience was smooth, fast, and far better than I expected during such a hectic travel week. Highly recommend!

I always rent from Avis at Naples Municipal Airport, and Jonathan always provides excellent service. Every time I pick up a car, the process is quick, easy, and professional. The vehicles are always clean and in great condition .This time, the Tesla Model 3 was perfect. Jonathan is friendly, efficient, and makes the whole rental experience smooth every time. Highly recommend Avis and especially appreciate Jonathan’s consistent great service! 🎩 🔥

Do not rent from here if you expect to get a car. We received a confirmation number from the Avis website, but they did not have a car available when we arrived. We paid for an uber to the location and had to get an uber back since no car was available. They refused to reimburse us for the rides, and I was told that they could refund me the cost of the rental like that was not already a given.

When I showed up to pick up my car I reserved they were overbooked by about 40 cars and said the reservations were still coming in. I booked it direct with AVIS not through a third party app and the inconvenience it caused was incredible. When I spoke to customer service they said they “might” cover up to $50 for an UBER. I will not get into details, bat that did not remotely cover what it cost me considering I could not get another car through any other companies locally on short notice.

Charla was incredible in helping me get the best car rental for my fun drive to Miami to see my friends. I will be back for the great service and fun banter. See you soon girl! Thanks so much again.
