Avis Car Rental

Booked a car from Avis. Prior to return date, checked if it can be extended by calling the location. They agreed and told that rate is same. When the final invoice came, it was for a different billing rate. When raised it with customer care, they said if extended, rates will be different. Won’t be getting another one from Avis.

I don’t know where to start ! Jessie hands down has been an asset in my life . Since relocating to Florida and still working in Delaware having a rental is a must when I’m back in town . I’ve rented every other week for 3 years and it has been seamless every single time ! The customer service the fleet of vehicles and just the family feeling here ! Jesse was so helpful! I was worried about the hours posted and having to wait a few hours to get my car (I landed at 7, rental hours posted reopened at 9pm) but when I got to the rental place,Jesse was there and got me into my car quick.

Casey and Jesse are fantastic. My wife and I are originally from Pennsylvania, now living in Missouri. Any time we come back home, Casey and Jesse make sure we are well sorted when it comes to transportation. They are timely, professional and offer competitive pricing.
