They could definitely improve their customer relations. They told me the tank was full. But when I drove off, the range was only 250 miles and needless to say was not at full. When I dropped off after filling tank the range was 350 miles.

As a President’s Club member, this was a total failure. Avoid this location: Terrible Service & Delay: Despite only two customers being present, I waited over an hour past my reservation time. The staff was completely unprepared, with only one person slowly cleaning cars on-site while I waited. The "Bait and Switch": I booked a Standard Elite EV (Kia EV6 class), but was downgraded to an old Hyundai Kona. The staff was dismissive, telling me to "take it or leave it" while I saw better EVs being moved by other workers. Defective Vehicle: The car had oil stains on the seats, and the steering wheel buttons were broken/stuck, making it impossible to operate the dashboard safely. Just had the best experience with Rasheeda! This is my normal location, but my family and I have gone to JFK last time. We wanted to book closer to get on the road sooner. I’m so glad we did because I was able to meet the wonderful Rasheeda! What a pleasure!!! Top tier customer service, I had to make sure to make this review! She was so kind and helpful. Reserved a minivan for a family of 4. Consider us lucky that we are all alive to write a review because we were provided a vehicle that should never have been on the road. All 4 tires were UNSAFE to drive as the belts were visible and shredding. Drove this unknowingly for about 300-400 miles before I noticed with the steering fully locked to one side after i parked. I had a stressful drive, about an hour to Yorkville, NY for an exchange, but they didn't have any exchanges available. Due to the condition of the tires, they would not allow me to drive the van any further so they were willing to give me a van that was already reserved for another customer. Avoid this Manhattan location, they do not value customer lives. See my yelp review, the photos are featured for this location.

The team does a good job. I live in the area and rent from here often. They are professional and nice. Remember this is a city station not an airport with unlimited cars, so it helps to be patient and stay flexible with what type of car you get. Very convenient.
