They charged $27 extra after returning the car. Why? “Because the guy that cleaning car said it’s not full tank” I promise I filled the tank right before bringing it back and I will show the receipt and other proofs to fight. Just wait for it Always take pictures not to let that scammer to play with your cards

Don't use them. Your card company will say it's fraud and they can't run your card again same day. They will mess up your trip. GO ELSEWHERE TO START! Thankful that Enterprise was able to save our trip.

Needed a 7seater, and Rented a SUV. After arriving, I had to wait an hour before getting help. The lady was very nice, but made it seem like I was getting a deal with the mini van (even though they were the same price). Made me sign a slip stating that there were various dings and marks on the vehicle. By this time I was 1.5 hours late from my 6 plus hour drive for an appointment) went out to the vehicle for there not only to be dings and marks, but a dent as well. But she already stated that it was the only 7 seater they had. So I took pictures of the dent, mini van and the location. (As I was told before). Once I got to my location and asked to make sure the dent was in the system, it was not. This is putting me in jepordy of being financially responsible for someone else's doing, all b

This is the second time in a row that I have showed up to pick up my rental and it was not there. The woman working at the desk assured me this has never happened and I kindly reminded her that it did. Because I prepaid… I did not want to have to battle customer service for a refund so I took what they had.
