Avis Car Rental

Do not rent from here!! They sent me a bill a month after I returned the car I was being charged $700 for glass replacement. No one can tell me what glass they replaced, they didn't take any pictures and they will not e-mail me back with the proper documents to file a claim with the insurance I purchased! Disgusting, I have never been soo sickened by a company in my life!!!!

I have rented a few cars recently, from both Avis and Enterprise. I had by far better customer service and pricing that was given by Avis. I have dealt with a few people here, but Kevin went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Will definitely be renting from Kevin and Avis again!

In the last 12 months we have rented 5 cars. 4 if the cars rented were from Avis Rentals Pocatello Airport. We have been assisted by 3 different representatives, all have been very friendly and helpful. We do call out there in advance to make sure there are vehicles available. We have felt that the representatives have listened to our needs and provided the vehicle that was best suited for that particular rental period. We have unique travel needs and they are willing to assist us with a specific vehicle for a trip 2 full months in advance. The team there is earning our loyalty one rental at a time.

First I am not blaming the employees who helped me at the counter, they were good, but the condition of the car was the major issue. The Mazda 3 I got was high miles, 42000 miles, I can’t remember the last time I’ve had a rental car with that many miles, but the interior was I ok condition so I ignored it due to the fact after an international flight I just wanted to go to bed. The next morning I inspected the car and the driver side tire was nearly bald and the state of Idaho the condition of the tire was illegal to be on the road. Yes illegal!!! Avis did swap out the car for me, but the same Mazda 3 was there for rent with the same tire when I returned the other car. This was work trip rental, and when I got my personal rental, I went straight to the local Enterprise car rental loc
