Avis Car Rental

I have rented multiple vehicles at this location over the past 10 years and have never been disappointed. I have always had great service and have never had any issues. The customer service has always been outstanding to me I rented a car last Aug 25 and I am renting another one soon. I will continue to use this location to rent a vehicle for my vacation needs and I recommend this place to my family and friends!

Experience was very fast paced. I walked in and was asked where I was going- stated MN and asked if I wanted to switch to an SUV because of the weather. Advised no due to needing more room. There were 2 vans available and i was asked which one I want- told the manager, Clint, to chose for me. He told me the hybrid because it'll get better gas mileage. He started the car from the inside, was told to initial initial and sign and then explained how to start the car. I went outside by myself and got in and drove across the street to get used to all the buttons and gadgets. There was already a Crack in the windshield going all the way across- i never said or mentioned anything because nobody came out with me, no damage forms were filled out, i just assumed they already knew. I had been renting from here for years. The last time I rented the vehicle broke down and had to be towed. They lied to my credit card company and said I had the vehicle four days long than I did. I didnt even have it for the two days I was suppose to. It was a hassle to get a tow since not even the national company could get ahold of the location but then the lying and taking an extra $400 from me even though they had the vehicle in their possession. Which i verified with the agent the next day. So yeah it's been a mess trying to get my money back but I won't ever rent from them again. That's not how you do people especially loyal customers who have also referred other to you. Read this before booking with Avis. I booked a vehicle on their website that told me there were vehicles available on my selected date and received confirmation of my appointment. On the day of my appointment I was on my way to get my rental and I received a text stating they had no vehicles available for me. I called the person who sent the text and he said yeah we are out of vehicles and theres nothing I can do about it. He was the most inconsiderate person with no empathy that I could have possibly had to deal with. Not a single offer of an apology or any attempt to see if there was a compromise. After I myself asked if there will be any vehicles available later that day he said he there was a chance that would happen. He said he would call me to let me know either way. 2 hours

Trust DO NOT GET A CAR HERE. This is the worst place ever, we paid for a large capacity vehicle like Yukon or similar , when we got there they gave us Nissan armada, mind you we were a family of six traveling to chicago with luggages and carry ons. They didn’t want to give us the ford expedition because they say it was taken! We have to get stuffed in a small car. Plus the car smelled like weed and was dirty . The worst customer service ever, if you don’t want to be scammed don't come here
