Avis Car Rental

Company called for this car and it was suppose to be ready for pick up. Not only did my husband have to wait 45 minutes for them to vacuum the car and get the paperwork done to sign, but the car wasn't even cleaned or vacuumed correctly inside or outside. It's disgusting. Save yourself the trouble and rent somewhere else. I wouldn't trust these reviews either, because I notice the positive reviews seem fake or by 'familymembers.'

Transactions are smooth but this place rarely has cars, same with Shorewood and orland park they get sold out quickly they need more inventory to accommodate the volume they have.

Waste of time. Machine to read documents doesn’t work and they are not helping just shaking head. We waste 2h and $80 on uber. Do not recommend

My husband and I needed a car when we visited Chicago. Had great experience with Avis. The guys at the counter were very nice and helpful. Made renting car very easy and appreciate their kindness. Will def come back to this location.

Vile place, absolutely rude employee whom wanted nothing to do but argue with us. Raised his voice at us when asked where in the fine print said policy was. Disgusting place run by disgusting human beings. Go elsewhere, these guys suck.
