I got a great value on a full size car. It's clean and drives great. What stood out even more than that, was their EXCELLENT customer service! Tiffany went out of her way to make my renting experience an easy one. She was thoughtful and friendly and overall a real pleasure to work with. It's not everyday you see that. I came to pick up my vehicle. They didn't have my type, so they gave me an upgrade (cool). When I got in, I noticed that there was only half a tank of gas. Additionally, the car was not detailed, but it wasn't too dirty. I immediately went to the counter with a picture of the 1/2 full tank of gas and the lady said she would take a note of it. I returned it with 1/2 tank of gas, made a note of it when I returned the vehicle (they were not open at 8 am), and of course took a picture. Of course, Avis charged me for the fuel. Incompetence and dishonesty. A very sloppy operation all around.

The workers there were very professional, and courteous! I highly recommend Avis Car Rental! A lot better than Alamo!
