Avis Car Rental

I reserved a midsize vehicle in advanced. I get there 2 1/2 hours later and gave me this jeep compass without inspection was so dirty inside & out.. went to customer service to make report just said will notate account I don’t have a car washer. Like really take them to the car wash ugh 😩 Had to go get a car wash myself supposed to be clean for your clients doesn’t it??

Honestly, I wish I would have recalled the name of the young man who helped me three Sundays ago but he was fantastic. He made this sooooo effortless and aided in getting me the best car for the best deal as a walk up customer without reservation. If I ever need a rental car, I will go to Avis without hesitation. Highly recommend to everyone!!

every time I reserve a car and pay in advance when I go to pick the vehicle up they only have a minivan or a truck when I reserved a car this is ridiculous! what is the point in reserving a car and pay in advance if you can't reserve a car for me. honestly worst experience every time

I was in Santa Maria for a family emergency and that in itself is stressful enough. Leslie at Avis was so kind and helpful in getting me wheels. Truly appreciate all of her kindness and a tough time.
